This feature allows you to quickly apply pre-designed themes from the library for a polished and professional look. You can also design and save your own themes in My Themes to maintain consistent branding and easily reuse them across multiple surveys. Additionally, access to Shared Themes promotes team collaboration and ensures visual consistency across projects. Each theme includes all customizable styling options, guaranteeing a unified and refined survey design every time.

Setting Up Themes

Apply Themes from the library

1. Go to Survey Builder and navigate to Themes in the right pane.

   

2. Select a predefined theme (e.g., Floral, Professional) and confirm to apply theme.

Create a Custom Theme

1. Go to the Styling section and customize your survey's appearance in the Styling section by adjusting elements such as question typography, background colors or images, and borders. These options allow you to tailor the visual design to match your brand or create a specific look and feel for your audience.

   

2. To save your configuration as a theme, click "Save As Theme" located in the Styling tab at the top.

   

3. Go to Theme Details section and fill in the details:

   

   1. Theme Name: Enter a meaningful name.

   2. Theme Description: Enter a meaningful description to the theme.

   3. Share With: Select users and user groups to which you would want to provide permissions.

   4. Click Save Theme.

      

4. To locate the theme that has been created and saved, choose My Themes from the dropdown menu.

   

   

Manage Themes

• Edit: The edit option helps to modify the theme.

• Share: Hover over the theme that you want to share and click the Share option and the user or user groups with whom you want to share the theme.

• Delete: The delete option helps to delete the theme.

• Clone: The clone option helps to create a copy of that theme.

• Reset Button: Press the reset button at the top to restore the default styling and eliminate any active themes.

• Add Theme(+): Click this option to add another theme.

• For Presentation View: Within each theme category, you can easily find themes optimized for Presentation Mode by using the For Presentation View quick filter. This helps you quickly identify and apply themes best suited for the one-question-per-page, full-screen layout.

Preview

Use the Preview feature to ensure your survey appears consistent and visually appealing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This helps you verify that the layout, styling, and formatting work well on all screen sizes before publishing.

In order to test, you can start by selecting a theme from the Library and ensure that all styling configurations, such as fonts, backgrounds, and layout settings, are correctly applied throughout the survey. If you customize the design further, save it as a new theme and confirm that it appears under My Themes for easy reuse. To support collaboration and consistency across teams, share the saved theme with another user and verify that they can access and apply it from their Shared Themes section.
