Threads Account Based Listening

Threads account-based listening helps in real-time reporting of Threads content as well as posts where the brand is referenced by the audience.
This feature enables fetching of owned Threads content into Listening through Account-Based Topics for authenticated accounts, allowing users to:
Monitor owned Threads posts
Track Threads posts that mention the authenticated account
Business Use Cases
Monitor owned Threads posts by ingesting them into Listening through Account‑Based Topics for authenticated accounts.
Track Threads posts mentioning your authenticated account to capture brand conversations.
Prerequisites
To proceed, you'll require access to both the Threads Hashtag Settings View and the Threads Hashtag Settings Edit options, located within Listening Settings.
To fetch data from Threads
In account-based listening, you have the option to select all the authenticated Threads accounts
Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Topics within Listen.
On the Topics window, click Add Topic in the top right corner. To learn more about how to set up a new Topic and its query.
On the Topic Details tab, after entering/selecting the name and other details for your Topic, select Account-Based Listening as your Query Type. Click Next to go to the next tab.
On the Setup Accounts tab, select the Threads authenticated accounts from which you want to include messages. Only owned accounts that are added inside Sprinklr can be used here.
After selecting the account(s), create the Topic query (basic or advanced). Click Next to go to the next tab.
Select the sources and other details. Click Save Topic in the bottom right corner.
