Threads Trending Topics helps you stay on top of what people are talking about in real time. You can spot emerging trends across topics and thread posts, then dig deeper into individual posts to understand why they’re gaining traction, what’s driving the buzz, and when the activity started. You can also explore trending topics by location and quickly dive into related posts using the Top and Recent views.
Use Cases
With Threads Trend Discovery, you can:
Discover trending conversations on Threads and identify topics gaining momentum in real time.
Understand what is driving each trend by reviewing the top and most recent posts associated with a trending topic.
Monitor emerging viral conversations early and engage before trends become saturated.
Prerequisites
To access Threads Discovery, you must have View permissions for Threads Discovery within Trend Discovery. If you have any additional concerns, please reach out to tickets@sprinklr.com.
Accessing Threads Trend Discovery
Follow the steps below to access Threads Trend Discovery:
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then choose Trend Discovery in the Explorer section within Listen.
Navigate to Social Channel page and then select Threads.
You can choose and click on any of the Threads trends to delve deeper and obtain insights at the post level. By clicking on any of the posts, you will have access to Top Posts and Recent Posts.
By clicking on the post, you will be taken directly to the Native post. The top and recent posts are explained below:
Top Posts: Displays the most relevant and high-performing posts associated with a specific thread’s topic tag.
Recent Posts: Displays the most recently published posts associated with a specific thread’s topic tag.
Note: You will be able to see top 20 Threads trends at once.
You can also choose the Country Type Filter to view the posts for that particular country.
Note: United States will appear by default.
Metrics at the Trend Level
You would be able to plot the following metrics:
Name | Description |
Title | Display name of the trend. |
Description | Description of the trend. |
Trend ID | The identifier of the trend object. |
Post Level Metric
You will be able to plot the following metrics at the post level:
Metric | Description |
User Name | User name of the Threads user who has created the post. |
Timing | When it was posted |
Post Details | Information about the published post. |
