The Tiered Approval section of Governance has to do with Publishing (or Paid if applicable) content from the brand’s accounts. By creating a tiered approval you are creating an approval path that a message has to go through before getting published. Once you have added an approval path within Sprinklr, you can edit the Tiered Approvals, and remove the Tirered Approvals permanently. Going forward, in this article, you will learn about:

To Edit a Tiered Approvals

1. Click Launchpad or click New Tab . Under the Platform Modules, select All Settings within Settings.
2. From the left pane, expand General Settings and then select Tiered Approvals. You can also search for it in the search bar above.
3. Hover over the Tiered Approvals' Options icon  and select Edit.
4. Make the desired changes to the Tiered Approvals and click Save in the bottom right corner to update the approval path.

   Note If you make any changes on the Approval Path that has an active message(s), those messages will remain in the old definition.

   

To Delete a Tiered Approvals

1. Hover over the Tiered Approvals' Options icon  and select Delete.
2. To permanently delete the approval path, click Delete from the confirmation pop-up window.

To Update a Tiered Approvals

• To Disable  or Enable  a Tiered Approvals, slide the Status toggle icon.
