7. Home Page States
The Home page may appear differently depending on whether your organization has already configured Video Intelligence.
New workspace
If Video Intelligence has not been configured, the Home page displays setup guidance to help administrators with:
A 3-step setup checklist:
Add keywords & topics — the products, campaigns, and themes to track.
Set up brand monitoring — add your brand and competitors for logo/product detection.
Build your first dashboard — assemble KPIs, trends, and sentiment into a shareable live view.
A "Skip setup and explore with sample data" option, so you can look around before committing.
Once all steps are complete, a success banner routes you into the established workspace.
Established workspace
Once configuration is complete and data is available, the Home page displays:
- Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Trend summaries
- Dashboard highlights
- Recent activity
- Alerts
- AI-generated insights
8. AI Daily Briefing
AI Daily Briefing
AI Daily Briefing provides a summary of notable activity, emerging trends, and important changes detected across monitored video content.
The briefing helps teams quickly understand:
- Significant volume changes
- Trending topics
- Emerging conversations
- Important performance shifts
Use the briefing as a starting point for deeper investigation and analysis.
9. Workflow
The sections are designed to flow into one another. A common path looks like this:
Home surfaces a spike or alert worth investigating.
You jump to Search (or click a trending hashtag/KPI tile) to investigate the conversation in detail.
You group notable videos into a Collection and, if the topic is worth ongoing tracking, add terms in Keywords.
You build a Dashboard for recurring monitoring and save the query under Saved Searches.
Trends and Hashtags help you keep an eye on the wider landscape and emerging momentum.
Routing at a glance: Compact search / recent chip → Search results · "Advanced →" → Search · KPI tile / "Open dashboards →" → Dashboards · Hashtag row / "View all →" → Hashtags · Category card / "View all →" → Trends · AI briefing prompt → inline answer (may deep-link to a saved search or dashboard).
10. Navigation Tips
Use Home as your daily starting point — the AI Daily Briefing answers "what do I need to know today?" before you run a single query.
Confirm you're in the right organization before building or reviewing boards, especially if you manage multiple clients or regions.
Search from anywhere — the compact search box on Home and the recent-search chips route straight to results.
Deep analysis lives in the sub-sections — Home is a summary; drill-down, filtering, and authoring happen in Search, Dashboards, and Trends.
11. Administration
Administrative controls allow management of Organizations and Sub-Organizations — ideal for agencies or global brand teams that need to segment workspaces across clients or regions.
Email Alerts
Alerts can be configured to flag risks or opportunities in real time for:
Top UGC (user-generated content).
Viral videos: based on view/engagement thresholds.
Viral topics: defined using Boolean logic.
Managing contract limits
To stay within contract limits, admins can deactivate boards. This pauses daily data crawling to free up capacity without deleting historical data.
