Universal Search can help you quickly find and access all the entities of Sprinklr like Assets, Campaigns, Dashboards, Cases, Macros, Rules and Tasks, thus saving time in locating data that you want to view. You can submit a universal search using the Universal Search icon which is available in the Navigation bar, irrespective of the product or module you are accessing. The Universal Search capability filters all records that contain the given search term and displays the data in default or custom layouts.

Search for Something

1. In your Sprinklr app, click the Universal Search icon in the top right corner of the Navigation Bar.

   Tip  If keyboard shortcuts are enabled in your environment, you can simply enter ⌘ k or Ctrl k based on your OS.

   

2. In the search field, type what you’re looking for along with any filter that you’d like to include.

3. Click on a suggested option in the list to open it in Sprinklr, or press Enter to view your search results.

To filter your Search Results 

• To help you to search in Sprinklr, filter your results to find exactly what you need.

• You can only select one of the filters just below the search field to show only one type of results. Keep in mind the different filters options available are dynamic and will be determined by your persona and matching search results.

• Additionally, you can click the Options icon  to view all the additional filters available.

• You can refine the search results using the right panel.

  Tip  You will only able to access the right pane, after entering the desired search criteria.
