FAQs

These inputs define the scope of analysis and drive the creation of prompt categories and related prompts, which are then used to generate a report on your brand's visibility.

Once the required inputs are entered, prompt categories are generated within 10–15 seconds.

Prompt Categories help organize your LLM Insights report into key buckets to uncover granular insights and drive stronger reporting.

Prompt Categories are derived from Sprinklr's social listening insights, based on data from the last 60 days. LLM Insights generates 5 prompt categories by default.

Prompts are the inputs or questions used to generate responses from AI tools.

Prompts are generated using real signals from social listening and news, combined with how AI tools interpret and respond to the selected inputs. By default, LLM Insights generates 50 prompts for the selected inputs, distributed evenly across the different pillars. If there are more than five pillars, this distribution may vary.
