This view helps you analyze the narratives, concerns, and perceptions associated with your brand across major AI tools, enabling you to identify reputation risks, uncover recurring pain points, and address misinformation or unfavorable sentiment before it impacts customer trust and decision-making. By monitoring these responses, you can take proactive steps to strengthen your brand perception and improve how your brand is represented in AI-generated conversations.

Identify Brand Reputation Risks: Discover how AI platforms respond to complaints, criticisms, or negative questions about your brand to proactively address reputation risks and customer concerns.
Detect Recurring Customer Pain Points: Uncover common issues, product limitations, or service challenges frequently highlighted in AI-generated responses to guide improvement efforts.
Monitor and Correct Negative Narratives: Track unfavorable perceptions, misinformation, or outdated information about your brand across AI tools and take action to improve brand representation and trust.
Creating Negative Brand Visibility
The navigation steps are listed below:
Navigate to the LLM Insights and then click + Create Report.
Choose Negative Brand Visibility option from the Select Use Case menu and click Submit.

Navigate to Report Configuration section and configure competitor visibility report by filling in the reports:



Report Name: You can provide a meaningful report name.
Brand: Select an existing brand or create a brand by clicking + Brand.
Additional Context: You can offer more information to improve the comprehension of the LLM insights. Additional Context includes particular business goals, use cases, inquiries, or requirements that will direct the report. Please share the business context, objectives, or main areas of interest that you would like the report to emphasize. This information is utilized to influence the report's analysis and make the output more pertinent and actionable for your specific use case.
AI Tools: Select the AI tools from the drop-down. Prompts will be generated across selected AI tools only.
Report Refresh Frequency: Choose the frequency at which you would like your LLM Insights report to be updated. You can have the refresh frequency as daily, weekly or monthly.
End Date: You can auto-update the report on a regular frequency for selected duration of time.
Go to Advanced settings section:
Include branded prompts during prompt generation: You have the option to select branded prompts when generating prompts.
Region: Add Region as an input in LLM Insights to analyze and compare brand and competitor visibility across geographic areas, with the flexibility to drill down from country to state and city-level insights.
Brand: The chosen brand will be displayed automatically.
Domain: Associate your brand domains with LLM Insights reports to improve brand visibility tracking, source attribution, and AI-driven competitor analysis across web properties.
Click Next
Navigate to the Prompt Pillars section where you can generate prompts for each pillar to observe how AI interprets these aspects for your brand. Choose from the available prompts, or click on + Prompt Pillars to create new ones. Click Save and Generate Prompts.


After clicking on Save and Generate Prompts, you will be directed to the Prompts Review section, where the prompts displayed below will be included in your report unless you choose to deselect them. You can click on the Import option to import more prompts.
Next to each prompt, you will find its Rank as well as the source of the prompt. By clicking on the select sample option, you will be taken to the third pane where you can view the prompt samples.
