Auto-Provision Users on SAML SSO Login
Updated
When a brand employee logs into Sprinklr using a SAML-configured SSO, a new user account is created automatically. This enhancement streamlines the user onboarding process by eliminating the need for prior manual account creation.
With this update, Sprinklr will automatically create a user account by retrieving the necessary details from the SAML SSO assertion during the login process.
Note: This feature is applicable only to SSO configurations using SAML, and does not extend to those using OpenID Connect.
