VIEW_AGENT_LOGIN_LOGOUT
Updated
The Agent Login Logout view provides a session-level record of agent login and logout activity. It captures login and logout timestamps, total logged-in duration, session identifiers, and logout reasons. The data can be aggregated by agent and date to calculate total availability time.
Below are some of the scenarios where this Report is beneficial:
Agent Availability and Attendance Reporting: Track login sessions, logout events, and total logged-in duration to measure agent availability and monitor attendance patterns.
Workforce Utilization and Capacity Analysis: Aggregate login durations by agent and date to understand workforce capacity, staffing coverage, and resource utilization.
Session Auditing and Operational Monitoring: Analyze session identifiers, login activity, and logout reasons to support auditing, troubleshoot access issues, and identify operational trends.
