Deletion of Voice Recordings via DRP (Data Retention Policy)
Updated
The Data Retention Policy (DRP) module allows organizations to manage and delete stored data from the system to meet compliance, storage, and privacy requirements.
With the latest update, DRP now supports deletion of voice recording data, including:
Main call recordings
Recording snippets
Both are handled separately during deletion to ensure better control and accuracy. This allows teams to manage voice recording data more effectively from a single place.
