Introducing Support for Text Embedding in Amazon Bedrock Models

AI+ Studio now supports Text Embedding capabilities using Amazon Bedrock models, enabling teams to generate high‑quality vector embeddings directly within Sprinklr’s AI environment. Embedding‑based AI tasks such as intent detection, content grouping, topic modeling, and contextual search require robust vector representations.

By introducing Bedrock Text Embeddings in AI+ Studio, you gain:

• Higher accuracy for semantic‑driven AI use cases

• Improved performance for large‑scale classification and retrieval tasks

• More model choice for governance, compliance, and performance optimization

Sandbox

Email Notifications for Changeset Approvals

Sprinklr has added email notifications to the Sandbox Validation Framework to streamline the changeset approval process.

Approvers now receive an email notification whenever a changeset is submitted for their review. The notification includes:

• Changeset name and ID

• Environment (Sandbox or Production)

• Approver name

• Timestamp of the approval request

• A direct link to approve or reject the changeset

Approvers also receive an in product Sprinklr notification, ensuring visibility across channels. For more information, refer to the Sandbox Validation Framework article.

Integrations

The following updates are introduced to the Integrations module:

Centralized Control for Sprinklr iFrame Generative AI Features

Sprinklr iFrame Generative AI features can now be managed through Global Features in All Settings. When the Disable Generative AI Features toggle is turned on, all iFrame-based Generative AI capabilities will be disabled. Turning the toggle off will re-enable them.

The Update Outbound Post Custom Properties API now provides expanded functionality that allows you to automatically tag not only the outbound post but also its corresponding inbound copies and inbound comments.
