Create a Bot on Workplace
Updated
To allow Sprinklr to access the Workplace from Facebook API, create a custom integration in Workplace from Facebook that will allow you to generate an access token.
Going forward, by creating a custom integration to represent Sprinklr in Workplace from Facebook, you can generate an access token.
Note: Workplace from Facebook automatically deactivates custom integrations that have not been active for 60 days. For more information, see Custom integration deactivation policy in the Workplace documentation.
To Create a Custom Integration in Facebook Workplace
Sign on to Workplace as an administrator. Note: To create a custom integration in Facebook Workplace, you’ll need a System Administrator admin role. If you are not an admin of your Workplace community, you will need to work with an admin.
From the Admin Panel, go to Integrations and Click Create Custom Integrations.

On the Create Custom Integration pop-up window, enter the desired Name and Description and click Create in the bottom right corner.

In the Integration Details window, click Create Access Token.

On the New Token Created pop-up window, you are required to note the access token value for future references.
Next, select I understand, and then click Done.

On the Integration Details window, in the Integration Permissions section, select the desired permissions.
