Sprinklr allows companies to publish content (messaging, images, & videos) directly to a Facebook Workplace group. The ability to publish content to Facebook Workplace Groups is ideal for unified team communications and engaging remote workers and keeping the team informed, engaged, and up-to-date, regardless of where they are located globally.

To Publish to Facebook Workplace

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Quick Publish within Engage.

2. In the Create Post window, select your Facebook Workplace Bot where you want to publish. You can also use Advanced Search to narrow your searches by a series of different filters.

3. Select the desired Workplace Group from the drop-down menu. 

4. Once you have selected the Workplace Group you would like to publish to, enter the content for the post in the Message box.

5. ​The remaining steps are similar to the creation of a Facebook Post.

6. Click Post in the bottom right corner to publish the post on the selected Facebook Workplace Bot immediately.
