Integrate Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) with Sprinklr

Updated

The Sprinklr and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) integration connects Adobe CJA reporting and analytics consumption directly within Sprinklr. This enables organizations to link social engagement with downstream business outcomes. By combining organic and paid social signals with Adobe CJA, teams gain a holistic view of the customer journey and can measure the true impact of social on conversions, revenue, and lifetime value.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is Adobe’s enterprise analytics solution that unifies and analyzes customer data across all channels to provide visibility into the entire journey, not just isolated clicks or conversions.

Note: To integrate Adobe CJA with Sprinklr, contact your Success Manager and Sprinklr Support at tickets@sprinklr.com.

Key Features

  • Unified Social Performance Reporting: Customers can view Adobe CJA reporting insights alongside Sprinklr‑managed social entities. This provides a centralized reporting experience, reduces context switching between platforms, and improves campaign visibility.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Marketing teams can analyze campaign performance using CJA metrics mapped against social ads, organic posts, and social accounts. This enables better understanding of social contribution, improved campaign measurement, and cross‑channel visibility.

  • Flexible Reporting Configuration: Users can dynamically select dimensions, metrics, reports, and time ranges without requiring engineering intervention. This supports self‑serve analytics, faster reporting workflows, and increased operational flexibility.

  • CrossSource Aggregated Reporting: CJA Data Views can aggregate multiple data sources, allowing customers to analyze social performance in conjunction with broader customer journey datasets. This results in unified customer journey visibility, better attribution understanding, and stronger decision‑making support.

Key Benefits

  • Unified Social and Journey Analytics: Connects social data from Sprinklr with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This gives teams a complete view of how social activity contributes to the overall customer journey, rather than analyzing channels separately.

  • CrossPlatform Marketing Intelligence: Combines insights across multiple platforms and channels into one reporting framework. Marketers can see how campaigns perform across social, web, and other customer touchpoints together.

  • Reduced Reporting Fragmentation: Consolidates reporting into a single environment. Teams no longer need to switch between different tools or dashboards, making analysis faster and more consistent.

  • Better Strategic DecisionMaking: Provides unified, attribution‑aware insights that help leadership allocate budgets, plan campaigns, and make long‑term decisions with confidence.

Prerequisites

  • Paid Integration Subscription: Ensure that you are subscribed to the Adobe CJA integration by contacting your Success Manager or Sprinklr Support at tickets@sprinklr.com.

  • Integrated Applications Permission: Verify that you have access to the Integrated Applications permission in Sprinklr.

  • Sprinklr Marketplace Access: Confirm that you can access the Sprinklr Marketplace to install and configure the Adobe CJA app.

  • Data View Configuration in Adobe CJA: Set up data views within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This includes defining dimensions, metrics, and attribution models so that Sprinklr data can be interpreted correctly in CJA.

  • Adobe CJA Permissions: You need the following permissions in Adobe to perform the integration: openid, AdobeID, read_organizations, additional_info.projectedProductContext, session.
