In this article, we will give you a walkthrugh of how to add music from TikTok’s Music Library (Commercial Music Library, CML) to safely add licensed music to videos or photos in Sprinklr Quick Publish or Full Screen Publisher via the Media section, without copyright concerns. Key capabilities include:

  • Configure track properties such as duration, start time, volume, country, and genre.

  • Clip or drag the selected song to choose the exact segment for your video or photo post.

  • Video/audio behavior: If the video is longer than the song, the audio will play fully and stop - it will not loop automatically.

  • Play and pause controls allow precise previewing of the video with the chosen audio.
