LINE Capabilities and Limitations

LINE is a mobile-first messaging platform that enables users to exchange text, image, video, and audio messages, as well as conduct VoIP calls and video conferences. Sprinklr supports messaging through the LINE Business Connect API, allowing brands to manage customer communications within the platform.
Supported account types include LINE Official Accounts with LINE Business Connect capabilities and LINE Business Connect Accounts. This article outlines the capabilities and limitations supported for the LINE channel in Sprinklr.
Note: API Limitation - The functionality is not available for Sprinklr to build.
