Carousel Template
Updated
Note: Brands are solely responsible for reaching out to carriers directly to sign up for their services. Sprinklr will not be able to facilitate carrier services; this must be managed by the brand.
Carousel messages allow you to present users with multiple options in a single interactive view. A carousel strings together multiple rich cards, enabling users to compare items side by side and interact with each card individually.
Card Count: Carousels must contain a minimum of two and a maximum of ten rich cards.
Card Requirements: Each card must follow the general rules for content and image height.
Uniform Height: The height of the first few cards sets the height for all cards in the carousel. This uniformity may cause truncation of titles, descriptions, or suggestions if content exceeds the limit.
Button Behavior:
If a button includes both a label and an action, it functions as a suggested action.
If a button includes only a label, it functions as a suggested reply.

When a user taps a suggested action or reply, the agents receive an event containing the action's postback data. This postback data can be further utilized for reporting or within chatbot flows.
Note: A single card cannot contain a combination of suggested actions and suggested replies.
