Supported Citrix Component Version for Voice Media Offloading

When using Citrix Media Offloading with Sprinklr’s voice calling (offloading media to the local client), it’s important that the Citrix components in your VDI environment are within supported versions. This ensures stability, performance, and access to the latest enhancements and fixes.
This article captures which Citrix versions Sprinklr recommends for proper support of voice media offloading. Sprinklr regularly updates these recommendations as Citrix releases new builds, especially to maintain compatibility with Redirection features.
Older (or End-of-Life) Citrix versions may not work reliably and should be upgraded for full feature support.

Release for SW support - For the aforementioned versions, Citrix media offloading support has been added for the SignalWire provider starting from Aug 1, 2025.
Release for VC/OZ support - For the above mentioned versions Citrix media offloading support has been added for the VoiceConnect and Ozontel provider starting from Jan 9, 2026.
