Configure Disclaimer Card for Video Calls

When a video call is initiated, the customer’s camera is disabled by default to ensure privacy and prevent unexpected exposure. Customers can then choose to enable the camera if they wish, giving them control over their own preference.
Live Chat can be configured to display a disclaimer card on the video call setup screen, highlighting the relevant privacy policies so users can review them before joining the call. This setup ensures transparency, respects user choice, and makes privacy considerations clear at the point of entry into the call.
