Boost CreatorIQ sourced Posts

Updated

Sprinklr allows advertisers to boost CreatorIQ content directly from the Editorial Calendar or the Engagement Dashboard, making it easy to amplify creator-generated Instagram and TikTok posts through paid campaigns. Once CreatorIQ posts are ingested into Sprinklr and the required permissions are granted, marketers can select eligible posts and convert them into ads without leaving the platform.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have added the Creator IQ accounts in Sprinklr to fetch the Creator IQ posts.

Partnership Ad Allowlisting Behavior by Channel

Sprinklr follows the allowlisting model defined by each social platform:

  • Instagram supports creator-level allowlisting. Once a creator grants approval for boosting, you can boost multiple posts from that creator. For example, if a creator publishes five Instagram posts, a single approval allows all eligible posts to be boosted.
  • TikTok requires allowlisting at the post level. Each post must receive its own approval before it can be boosted. As a result, you may see multiple partnership ad allowlisting requests for the same creator, one for each post.
  • Facebook CreatorIQ boosting is currently not supported by Sprinklr.

Note:

There are two types of creator permissions:

  1. Authentication for richer data.

  2. Permission for post allowlisting.

The Sprinklr flow described here is used to request partnership ad approvals required to boost creator content. This flow does not authenticate creators in Sprinklr for reporting access. Creator authentication takes place in CreatorIQ and determines which post metrics CreatorIQ can access.

Locate CreatorIQ Posts

You can access CreatorIQ posts from either the Editorial Calendar or Engagement Dashboards.

From the Editorial Calendar

  1. Navigate to Editorial Calendar.

  2. Click the Account filter at the top of the page.

  3. Select the required CreatorIQ Instagram or CreatorIQ TikTok account.

  4. The calendar displays all posts sourced from the selected CreatorIQ account.

From the Engagement Dashboard

  1. Configure or edit a Column in the Engagement Dashboard. For more details, refer to Dashboard and Column Setup.

  2. In the Account field, select the required CreatorIQ account.

  3. The column now displays all posts associated with the selected CreatorIQ account.

Boost a CreatorIQ Post

After locating the required CreatorIQ post, follow these steps to boost it:

  1. Hover over the post and click the Boost Post icon.

Note: For Instagram posts, the Boost icon may not appear on hover. In such cases, click the ellipsis ( ... ) menu and select Boost Post.

  2. In the Boost Post window, select the appropriate Instagram Page or TikTok One Account. The creator or collaborator username is automatically populated.

  3. Select the required Ad Account from which the post will be boosted.

  4. If the post has not yet been approved by the creator, click Send Request to request partnership access.

You can manage and monitor all partnership ad allowlisting requests from the Partnership Ads Permissions Request Manager available within Sprinklr Ads settings (see image below).

  5. Once the creator approves the request, configure the campaign details, including campaign settings, audience, budget, and optimization preferences.

  6. Click Boost to review and publish the boosted post.
