Connect CreatorIQ Creator Posts to a Sprinklr Campaign

Updated

Overview

Brands often want to measure creator content performance alongside their broader marketing efforts. By linking CreatorIQ creator posts to a Sprinklr campaign, you can compare creator performance with organic and paid content using the same campaign reporting framework.

To include CreatorIQ content in campaign reporting, assign each CreatorIQ post to the appropriate Sprinklr campaign. You can do this in one of the following ways:

  1. Assign campaigns manually to individual posts
  2. Use Macros to update multiple posts in bulk
  3. Use the Rules Engine to automate campaign assignment

Why Connect CreatorIQ Posts to a Sprinklr Campaign?

Connecting CreatorIQ posts to a Sprinklr campaign enables you to:

  • View creator content performance alongside paid and organic content
  • Analyze campaign performance holistically
  • Measure creator contributions within a broader marketing initiative
  • Consolidate campaign reporting in a single location

Manually Assign a Campaign to a Post

Use manual assignment when you need to update a small number of creator posts.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Editorial Calendar.

  2. Locate the required CreatorIQ post. To narrow your search, use the Account filter at the top of the page and select the appropriate CreatorIQ account.

  3. Double-click the post to open the third pane.

  4. Go to the Properties tab.

  5. Click the Campaign field to view the available Sprinklr campaigns.

  6. Select the campaign you want to associate with the post.

The post is now linked to the selected Sprinklr campaign.

Note: While this method is straightforward, it can become time-consuming when managing a large number of creator posts.

Bulk Assign Campaigns Using Macros

Use Macros to apply the same campaign to multiple CreatorIQ posts simultaneously.

Steps

  1. Locate and select the required CreatorIQ posts in the Editorial Calendar.

  2. Click Macro from the action menu at the bottom of the page.

  3. Search for and select the required macro. If no suitable macro exists, create a new macro that updates the Campaign field.

  4. Select the required Sprinklr campaign.

  5. Click Apply.

Sprinklr updates all selected posts with the chosen campaign in a single action.

When to Use Macros

Macros are recommended when:

  • Multiple creator posts belong to the same campaign
  • You need to update posts in batches
  • Automated assignment is not required

Automatically Assign Campaigns Using the Rules Engine

Use the Rules Engine to automatically assign campaigns to CreatorIQ posts based on predefined conditions.

Example: You can create a rule that automatically assigns the Summer Launch 2026 campaign when the following conditions are met:

Conditions:

  • CreatorIQ Post = True
  • CreatorIQ Campaign Tag = "Summer Launch"

Action:

  • Set Sprinklr Campaign = "Summer Launch 2026"

When a post meets these conditions, Sprinklr automatically assigns the specified campaign.

Steps

  1. Open the Launchpad and navigate to the Automate Your Workflows section.

  2. Select Rule Engine and open Outbound Message Rules.

  3. Create a new rule or edit an existing one. For more details on how to create a rule, click here.
