WhatsApp Flows enablement can be configured at the phone-number level for the WhatsApp Business channel. The Enable WhatsApp Flows option allows administrators to authorize a phone number to create and send WhatsApp Flows directly from the Phone Numbers page.

The Enable WhatsApp Flows option allows you to:

• Enable WhatsApp Flows directly from the Phone Numbers page.

• Centralize Flow authorization and status visibility.

• Reduce administrative effort by providing enablement and validation in a single location.

• Simplify WhatsApp Flow configuration and management.

Whitelist a Phone Number for WhatsApp Flows

To enable WhatsApp Flows for a phone number:

1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.

2. On the Launchpad, click All Settings.

3. Navigate to the Accounts page.

4. In the left navigation, click WhatsApp Business Account.

   ​

5. Locate the WhatsApp Business Account for which you want to enable WhatsApp Flows.

6. Click the More Options (three-dot) icon.

7. Select View Numbers. The Phone Numbers page opens.

   ​

8. Click the More Options (three-dot) icon alongside the required phone number.

9. Click Enable WhatsApp Flows.

   ​

This sends a request to whitelist the selected phone number for WhatsApp Flows.

Existing Whitelisted Numbers

If a phone number has already been whitelisted:

• The Enable WhatsApp Flows option is disabled.

• A tooltip is displayed with the following message: Phone number is already whitelisted.

This provides visibility into the current Flow enablement status and prevents duplicate whitelisting requests.
