In the Engagement column on Gainsight Community, you can select a post to interact with.

Steps to Engage with a Post

• Select the post you want to engage with.

• The actions available for engagement are macros, assign, reply, archive, or more options ( includes Channel actions and Sprinklr actions).

• To reply on the post of your choice, click on Reply.

• A third pane (see image below) opens where you can craft your response.

• Once your response is ready, you can either schedule the post, preview it, save it as a draft, or send it immediately.
