Engaging with Gainsight Community Accounts

In the Engagement column on Gainsight Community, you can select a post to interact with.
Steps to Engage with a Post
Select the post you want to engage with.
The actions available for engagement are macros, assign, reply, archive, or more options ( includes Channel actions and Sprinklr actions).
To reply on the post of your choice, click on Reply.
A third pane (see image below) opens where you can craft your response.
Once your response is ready, you can either schedule the post, preview it, save it as a draft, or send it immediately.

Note: Previously, when agents used @username while replying in Sprinklr, the user was not tagged or referenced in the same way as when replying directly in Gainsight. As a result, agents had to return to Gainsight after publishing the reply and manually tag the user. With this enhancement, agents can now mention and tag users directly while replying to comments in Sprinklr, eliminating the need for manual tagging in Gainsight.
