Meta Partnership Ads Identity Display
Updated
Sprinklr now displays first identity and second identity information more clearly within Meta Partnership Ads. This enhancement helps you understand the identities associated with a partnership ad directly in Sprinklr and aligns the experience more closely with Meta Ads Manager. The enhancement is available in both Ads Composer and Ads Manager.
With this enhancement, you can:
View first and second identities directly within the Partnership Ads experience.
Understand the relationship between identities associated with collaboration-based ads.
Review identity information without leaving Sprinklr.
How it works
This enhancement applies to the following Partnership Ad scenarios:
Collaboration posts: View the first and second identities associated with boosted collaboration posts, including posts with multiple collaborators.
Partnership dark posts: Configure participating identities and determine how they appear in the ad experience.
Identity display options: Understand the available options for displaying participating identities in Partnership Ads.
Collaboration posts
When you boost an organic collaboration post, Sprinklr detects the collaboration relationship through branded content and displays the participating identities. This makes it easier to identify the first identity and second identity associated with the Partnership Ad. For posts with multiple collaborators, Sprinklr also surfaces collaborator relationships, helping you understand how participating identities are associated with the ad.
To review identity information for a collaboration post:
Open the creative selection experience for a Partnership Ad.
Set the Branded Content filter to Yes to display branded-content posts.
Select a branded-content post that you want to boost.
Click Save. On the Creatives tab, scroll to Creative Details.
Review the identities associated with the selected post.

For Instagram collaboration posts, the identity appears in the Partner Identity IG Profile field. This helps you identify the account associated with the Partnership Ad directly within the creative workflow.
Note: For posts with multiple collaborators, Sprinklr displays collaborator relationships within the Partnership Ads experience and preserves collaborator visibility throughout the boosting workflow.
Partnership dark posts
When creating a Partnership dark post, you can configure how participating identities appear in the ad experience. Sprinklr supports identity selection, identity ordering, and identity display configuration. Identity settings are also surfaced during review and edit workflows.
To configure identities:
In Ads Composer, open the Creatives tab.
Click Add New Creative. The Add New Creatives window opens.
Select a partner account in Facebook Partnership Ads or Instagram Partnership Ads.

Enable Set as first identity to define which participating identity appears as the first identity.
Select the appropriate option from Identity display. For more information about the available options, see Identity display options.
Review and save the creative.

The Identity display field controls how participating identities appear within the Partnership Ad experience.
