Guided Workflow Application - UI Capabilities

This article explains the quick and toolbar actions available for managing the Guided Workflow Application. It also highlights error message configurations and confirmation prompts to prevent accidental pauses or deployments.
Quick Actions on Guided Workflow Application
The following image displays the quick actions that you can perform on the Guided Workflow Application page.
Edit Styles: You can customize the guided workflow font, colour, size, etc, based on your requirements. For a detailed article, refer Styling Through Guided Workflow Application Manager.
View Settings: You can edit the settings of Guided Workflow.
Copy Application ID: You can get the ID for the respective Guided Workflow Application.
Pause/Activate: You can pause or activate the Guided Workflow Application.
Lock/Unlock: You can lock a guided workflow to prevent others from making any edits. Once locked, the workflow applications become view-only for all users except those with appropriate permissions.
Note: You must have the Lock/Unlock permission under Guided Workflow Manager to perform this action.
Delete: You can delete a Guided Workflow Application.

Refresh: Click to reload the list of Guided Workflow Applications with the most recent data.
+ Add Application: You can create a new Guided Workflow Application.
Pause or Activate Behaviour
A confirmation pop-up will appear whenever you pause or activate a Guided Workflow Application. This prevents accidental clicks, which often cause various issues for the end user. The following images display the pause and activate window.
