Add an Infobip SMS Account

You can add an Infobip SMS account in Sprinklr to enable sending text messages directly from Sprinklr.
Note: The Infobip channel supports adding multiple SMS accounts that share the same Sender ID. Each account is uniquely identified by its API key and Project URL. This allows every account to be created and managed independently.
With this setup, brands can maintain a consistent channel identity across regions, comply with local regulations, and preserve account‑level visibility without the risk of overwriting.
Add an Infobip SMS Account
To add an Infobip SMS account in Sprinklr:
1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.
2. Under Platform Modules > Listen, click Messaging Accounts.
3. On the Accounts page, click Add Account in the top‑right corner.
4. Search for and select Infobip.
5. In the Add Infobip account window, enter the following fields:
Field | Description |
Display Name | A user‑friendly name for the SMS account in Sprinklr. |
Sender Id | The sender key for SMS. |
Api Key | The application key generated in Infobip, used for authentication. You can find it in the Developer Tools section of the Infobip Console. |
Project URL | The base URL for your Infobip account. You can find it in the Developer Tools section of the Infobip Console.

6. Click Save.
You will be redirected to the Update Account page, where you can make additional changes if needed.
The Infobip SMS account is now added in Sprinklr.
