Button List Template (KakaoTalk Brand Message)

The Button List template for KakaoTalk Brand Message allows businesses to present customers with a list of interactive buttons in a single message. This format is ideal for offering multiple call‑to‑action options such as visiting a website, accessing product details, or triggering a message delivery.
Supported Limits
This template supports up to five buttons.
Creating a Button List Template
Follow these steps to create a Button List Template in Digital Asset Management:
1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.
2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, select Digital Asset Management.
3. In the top‑right corner, click Create Asset.
4. From the drop‑down, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.
5. In Basic Details, enter the template name and description.
6. In Asset Specific, select the following:
From the Channel drop‑down, select Kakao.
From the Template Type drop‑down, select Button List (Brand messages).
7. In the Button List section, configure the following:
Field | Description |
Text | Enter the display text that will appear above the button list. |
URL Shortener | Select the URL shortener to be applied to button links. |
Button 1 (Configure the buttons) | Define each button type and details:

8. To add more buttons, click Add New Button.
9. Configure asset details, properties, and sharing options.
10. Click Save.
The template is now ready to use for KakaoTalk Brand Message communications.
