Image, Text and Button Template (KakaoTalk Brand Message)

The Image, Text and Button template for KakaoTalk Brand Messages allows businesses to combine visual content, descriptive text, and interactive buttons in a single message.
Supported Limits
This template supports up to five buttons.
Creating a Image, Text and Button Template
Follow these steps to create a Image, Text and Button Template in Digital Asset Management:
1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.
2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, select Digital Asset Management.
3. In the top‑right corner, click Create Asset.
4. From the drop‑down, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.
5. In Basic Details, enter the template name and description.
6. In Asset Specific, select the following:
From the Channel drop‑down, select Kakao.
From the Template Type drop‑down, select Image, Text and Button (Brand Messages).
7. In the Image, Text and Button section, configure the following:
Field | Description |
Upload Image | Upload the image to be displayed in the message from the Media Uploader. |
Text | Enter the descriptive text to accompany the image. |
URL Shortener | Select the URL shortener to be applied to button links. |
Button 1 (Configure the buttons) | Define each button type and details:

8. To add more buttons, click Add New Button.
9. Configure asset details, properties, and sharing options.
10. Click Save.
The template is now ready to use for KakaoTalk Brand Message communications.
