Text and Image (KakaoTalk Brand Message Template)

The Text and Image template in KakaoTalk Brand Messages allows businesses to combine descriptive text with a supporting image.
Creating a Text and Image Template
Follow these steps to create a Text and Image Template in Digital Asset Management:
1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.
2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, select Digital Asset Management.
3. In the top‑right corner, click Create Asset.
4. From the drop‑down, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.
5. In Basic Details, enter the template name and description.
6. In Asset Specific, select the following:
From the Channel drop‑down, select Kakao.
From the Template Type drop‑down, select Text and Image (Brand messages).
7. In the Text and Image section, configure the following:
Field | Description |
Upload Image | Upload the image to be displayed in the message. |
Text | Enter the descriptive text to accompany the image. |
8. Configure asset details, properties, and sharing options.
9. Click Save.
The template is now ready to use for KakaoTalk Brand Message communications.
