The Text template in KakaoTalk Brand Messages is the simplest format, designed for sending plain text messages without images or multiple buttons.

Creating a Text Template

Follow these steps to create a Text Template in Digital Asset Management:

1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.

2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, select Digital Asset Management.

3. In the top‑right corner, click Create Asset.

4. From the drop‑down, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.

5. In Basic Details, enter the template name and description.

6. In Asset Specific, select the following:

• From the Channel drop‑down, select Kakao.

• From the Template Type drop‑down, select Text (Brand messages).

7. In the Text and Image section, configure the following:

9. Click Save.

The template is now ready to use for KakaoTalk Brand Message communications.
