Live Chat Survey Template

The Survey template defines the communication that is sent to customers during a Live Chat interaction. It includes elements such as a title, description, and a button to launch the survey. You can also configure post‑submission communication (for example, confirmation messages or whether to display customer responses).
Create Live Chat Survey Template
Follow these steps to create an Interactive List template in DAM:
1. Click the New Page (+) icon to open the Launchpad.
2. Under Platform Modules > Integrate, click Digital Asset Management.

3. In the top‑right corner, click Create Asset.
4. From the drop‑down, select Templates > Omni Chat Templates.

5. In the Basic Details section, enter the template name and description.
6. In the Asset Specific section:
From the Channel drop‑down, select Sprinklr Live Chat.
From the Template Type drop‑down, select Survey.

7. In the Survey section, fill in the following details to compose the survey template.

Enter Title | Title of the survey. |
Enter Description | Text shown with the survey that describes its purpose. |
Trigger Survey Button Label | Label for the button that launches the survey.

Show user response after submission | Option to display the customer’s submitted response. |
Hide post submission message | Option to suppress the default post‑submission message. |
Post Back Submit Title | Title shown after survey response is submitted bu the customer.

Screen Reader Label | Custom accessibility label for screen readers. If not provided, a default label is read out. |
Hide attachment option | Prevents customers from attaching files in the survey. |
Disable manual response | Restricts customers from sending free‑form replies. Only predefined survey options can be used. |
Auto open survey once published | Automatically opens the survey for customers after publishing. |
Disable user feedback | Disables feedback collection. Works only for apps with feedback configuration enabled. |

10. Once the survey is composed, configure asset details, properties, additional details, and sharing options.
11. Click Save.
The Survey template for Live Chat is now created.
