Sprinklr Copilot for Marketing – Campaign and Sub‑campaign Reporting in Dashboards

Updated

Sprinklr Copilot for Marketing in dashboards helps you analyse campaigns, sub‑campaigns, messages, and tasks using natural language.

Instead of manually exploring widgets or configuring reports, you can ask simple questions about your marketing data. Copilot interprets your query and surfaces insights directly from your dashboards. You can also quickly understand campaign performance, analyse sub‑campaign and task-level data, and explore insights without manually building or modifying reports.

Prerequisites

Ensure the following Dynamic Properties (DPs) are configured:

  • Task data is available only when REPORTING_SPR_TASK_ENGINE_ENABLED is true.

  • If ASK_AI_DASHBOARD_COPILOT_BOT_ENABLED_MODULES is false, Copilot is hidden from dashboards.

Sprinklr Copilot Capabilities
