Get advanced and detailed insights on the key performance metrics of your newsletter.

Advanced email analytics allows you to track the performance of your newsletter and monitor key metrics. The analytics dashboard comprises 3 tabs – Overview, Recipient List, and Distribution Preview. Each tab imparts unique insights into your newsletter.

List of tabs in Newletter Analytics dashboard

​The Overview tab displays analytics through the widgets listed below –

Summary –

The summary widget imparts key newsletter metrics, namely –

  • Number of Recipients

  • Number of Emails sent

  • Unique Opens

  • Open Rate

  • Unique Clicks

  • Click Rate

  • Unsubscriptions

  • Unsubscription Rate

Open Rate v/s Click Rate –

This widget compares Open Rate with Click Rate in a Graphical bar widget.

  • Open Rate is the percentage of recipients who opened the email at least once out of the total number of recipients.

  • Click Rate is the percentage of recipients who clicked at least one article link or card out of the total number of recipients.

  • You can further drill down the displayed visual insights to gain more granular analytics of the open rates compared with the click rate.

  • Clicks Over Time: This widget displays the total number of clicks on the Message/Story Cards by all the recipients.

  • Clicks by users: It shows the total number of clicks on the Message/Story Cards by each recipient.

  • Most clicked messages: This widget showcases the Message/Story cards with the most number of total clicks by all the recipients.

​This tab provides you with the detailed insights with respect to all the recipients of the newsletter distribution. The metrics covered here are – Email Sent, Email Opened, Email unsubscription, and Unique Clicks for each recipient.

This tab gives you the preview of how your distributed newsletter looks like. It displays the Total Clicks and Top Messages on the right section of the Distribution Preview window.

Add Location form

You can select the time duration from the top right corner for which you want to preview your newsletter's analytics. You can also click the export button to export the newsletter preview as an excel file.

Note: The recommended aspect ratio for the background image is 718:256. If the title text spans multiple lines, the background image format will adjust accordingly.

Newsletter Unsubscription support

The newsletter in Sprinklr comes with the option of unsubscription. The unsubscription feature will possess the following –

  • Support for unsubscription/resubscription for external users.

  • Web pages will not need any Sprinklr user login details.

  • Ability to track users who unsubscribed for newsletter distribution.

  • When the user enters the unsubscription screen, the logo will be of the organisation that created the newsletter.

Newsletter analytics calculation will reflect the changing subscription rate as per the user subscribing or resubscribing.
