The AI Agent Card enables quick access to core actions used to manage and operate an AI agent across its lifecycle. These actions support configuration, workflow creation, deployment, and performance monitoring from a centralised interface.

Manage

Use Manage to configure, build, deploy, and monitor your AI agent.

• Home: Define the AI agent's role and purpose. View performance metrics to monitor overall efficiency and outcomes.

• Discover: Automatically generate new tasks by analysing historical customer cases. The system identifies workflow gaps and opportunities to improve task coverage and effectiveness.

• Build: Create and manage workflows and knowledge used by the AI agent. Configure steps, logic, data points, and training content to define how the agent responds to customer interactions.

• Evaluate: Review past cases and apply AI-driven recommendations to refine existing tasks and improve accuracy and performance.

• Deploy: Configure the channels where the AI agent operates, such as chat widgets, messaging platforms, or social channels. Once deployed, the agent can begin handling live customer interactions.

• Conversations: View conversations handled by the AI agent across all connected channels. Use insights to validate responses and identify improvement opportunities.

Edit

Use 'Edit' to update AI agent details and access settings.

• Modify the AI agent's name or description to clearly communicate its purpose and use cases.

• Manage sharing settings to control access for team members or stakeholders.

Clone

Use Clone to duplicate an existing AI agent application.

• The cloned AI agent is created with “copy” appended to its name.

• Cloning allows experimentation or alternate configurations without impacting the original application.

Delete

Use Delete to permanently remove an AI Agent application when it is no longer required.
