Create Sprinklr AI Agent Application

This article provides a clear and practical approach to building your Sprinklr AI Agent applications.
It walks you through the essential steps to design, configure, and deploy intelligent agents that can automate tasks, learn from data, and interact with users or environments effectively.
Note: Before you begin, ensure that the Sprinklr AI Agent functionality is enabled in your environment. To do this:

Access Sprinklr AI Agent Studio
Follow these steps to access AI Agent Studio in Sprinklr.
Navigate to AI+ Studio from the Sprinklr launchpad.
Select the AI Agents card from the dashboard.
You will be redirected to the AI Agent Studio record manager.
Steps to Create Sprinklr AI Agent
Follow the steps below create an AI Agent application in Sprinklr:
In the AI Agent Studio window, click the + AI Agent button located at the top right corner.

Provide a relevant name and a clear description that outlines the agent’s purpose and target industry.
Choose the appropriate workspaces and user groups under Share Settings to share access to your AI Agent.

Click the Save button to complete the setup of your AI Agent.
Once the AI Agent is created, it will start appearing in the record manager screen.
AI Agent Record Card Actions
On the AI Agent Studio record manager, the following options are available for the configured AI Agents.

Manage: Click Manage to open the agent record in full view. Use this option to inspect or edit the complete configuration.

Edit: Select Edit to modify the agent record. You can update workflows, metadata, and other configuration details.

Clone: Select Clone to duplicate the agent record. The new copy retains the original configuration.

Delete: Select Delete to remove the agent record from the workspace. This action permanently deletes the record from AI Agent Studio.
Test the AI Agent Using Live Chat
In AI Agent Builder, click the Live Chat CTA labeled Test in the left navigation bar.
Live Chat includes an AI‑themed header for a cohesive experience.
Start a conversation in the Live Chat widget to test the AI Agent.

The Live Chat session remains active while you navigate between different AI Agent features. It closes only when manually dismissed, allowing uninterrupted testing during configuration
View Performance Metrics and Verify Widget Display
Performance Metrics at a Glance
To help you quickly understand how your AI Agent is performing, the AI Agent Builder homepage now displays key metrics aggregated across all deployments:
Case Count (Total Cases): See the total number of customer cases handled across connected accounts.
Cases Handled by Only Bot (Total Cases Contained): Track how many cases were fully resolved by the bot without human intervention.
Containment Rate: Measure bot effectiveness
Widget Visibility Based on Your Setup
Open the AI Agent.
Check the Performance Metrics widget.
The widget is hidden if no conversations or cases exist in the AI Agent.

Top Tasks Triggered at a Glance
The Top Tasks Triggered widget on the AI Agent Builder homepage offers a quick snapshot of the tasks most frequently executed by your AI Agent. The data is aggregated across all connected deployment accounts and reflects activity from the last 30 days, helping teams understand usage patterns and task effectiveness at a glance.
What This Widget Shows
A ranked list of tasks, displayed in descending order based on how often they are triggered.
The percentage of unique customer cases in which each task was executed.
A blue bar graph representing the total number of unique cases per task.
If multiple tasks are triggered within a single case, that case is counted toward each applicable task. All metrics are calculated using the total number of unique customer cases across connected deployment accounts.
Widget Visibility Based on Your Setup
The widget is hidden if no conversations or cases exist for the AI Agent.
The widget also remains hidden when no tasks are configured, ensuring that only relevant and actionable insights appear on the homepage.

Discover Workflow Widget on Homepage
The Discover Workflow widget on the AI Agent Builder homepage offers a queue-based view of tasks that are pending user approval. It helps users stay on top of newly discovered tasks and take prompt action, ensuring approvals are handled efficiently from a single, centralized location.

Discovered Tasks Pending for Your Approval
Displays only pending tasks from the latest successful discovery run.
Shows a maximum of 7 pending tasks at a time, starting with the most recently discovered.
As tasks are approved, the next set of pending tasks automatically appears in the widget.
Fully responsive design ensures an optimized viewing experience across screen sizes.
Call to Action: Review Tasks
Selecting Review Tasks navigates users to the Discover Workflow : Cluster View.
From the Cluster View, users can access the Discover RM to review and manage all pending tasks in detail.
This navigation flow improves workflow visibility and enables faster, more efficient task management.
Visibility Rules
The widget remains hidden if no discovery workflow exists.
The widget is not displayed when:
A single discovery workflow run is currently in progress, or
Multiple discovery runs exist, but none have completed successfully.
Only tasks from the latest successful discovery run are shown.
Approved tasks are automatically removed, ensuring that only actionable items are displayed.
Clone AI Agent Application
Cloning an AI Agent application allows you to create a duplicate of an existing agent without impacting the original configuration. This is useful for testing variations, experimenting with changes, or creating new versions based on an existing setup.

Hover over the AI Agent application card.
Select the Clone icon.
Review or update the name of the cloned application.
Click Clone to complete the process.
The cloned AI Agent application is created with a copy of the original configuration.
