Use cases

What business problem does it solve, and what can it achieve?

  • If a brand has teams active on Stack Exchange, they can onboard them to Sprinklr and enable appropriate moderation.

  • Brands can enable users to authenticate their personal profiles (accounts) and engage on questions grabbed from Stack Exchange.

Value

Why is it beneficial?

You can amplify your brand presence within tech communities, predominantly present on Stack Exchange (Stack Overflow and Server Fault are constituent sites). Stack Exchange is the largest and most trusted online community consisting of 170+ Q&A websites on topics in diverse fields. Each site covers a specific topic, where questions, answers, and users are subject to a reputation award process. The reputation system allows the sites to be self-moderating. By authenticating your personal profiles (accounts) in Sprinklr, you will get targeted question-grabbing via Listening, ensuring better efficiency and enhanced user and product-specific discussions. You can also engage/reply to questions or cases created from the questions via Sprinklr Engagement Dashboards.
