Supervisor Copilot is a generative AI-powered assistant for supervisors. To make Supervisor Copilot available to users, administrators must add it as a menu item in a Supervisor Console Persona App.

Add Supervisor Copilot

To add Supervisor Copilot, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Persona App Manager

Access the Persona App Manager. The navigation path may vary depending on whether the Old All Settings page or the New All Settings page is enabled in your environment.

Step 2: Select or Create a Persona App

You can either edit an existing Persona App or create a new one:

• Edit an existing app: Locate the Persona App you want to modify, click the three‑dot icon beside the app name, and select Edit.

• Create a new app: Click Create in the top‑right corner and complete the required configuration.

Step 3: Add the Supervisor Copilot Menu Item

1. On the Persona App configuration page, click Add.

2. From the Menu Item dropdown, search for and select Supervisor Copilot.

3. From the Menu Item Group dropdown, select the group where you want to place Supervisor Copilot.

4. Click Add.

The Supervisor Copilot menu item is now added to the Persona App configuration.

Step 4: Publish the Persona App

After adding the menu item, click Publish to make the Supervisor Copilot menu item available to users.

Once published, the Supervisor Copilot option appears as a menu item in the Supervisor Console Persona App.
