Supervisor Copilot helps supervisors streamline daily operations and get assistance using natural language. Once available in the Persona App, Supervisor Copilot opens as a floating window that remains accessible as supervisors move across different areas of the Supervisor Console, enabling uninterrupted, parallel workflows.

Prerequisites

Supervisor Copilot must be added to your Supervisor Persona app. For more information, see Configuring Supervisor Copilot.

Access Supervisor Copilot

To access Supervisor Copilot:

1. Open the relevant Supervisor Console persona app from the Launchpad.

2. In the left navigation bar, click Supervisor Copilot.

Supervisor Copilot opens in a detached window. You can continue navigating through the Supervisor Console screens while using Supervisor Copilot in parallel. The Copilot remains open even when you switch between menu items, allowing you to maintain context and continue using Copilot without interruption.

Supervisor Copilot Interface Overview

The Supervisor Copilot interface consists of the following components:

• Show or Hide Chat History: Allows you to view or hide previous conversations within the current session.

• New Chat: Starts a new conversation while preserving earlier chats for later reference.

• Expand/Collapse: Expands the Supervisor Copilot window to full screen or collapses it back to the floating window. When expanded to full screen, you cannot navigate to other Supervisor Console screens.

• Close: Closes the Supervisor Copilot window. Previously created chats are saved and can be accessed later when you reopen Supervisor Copilot.

• Internal Sharing: Share the conversation with other internal users for collaboration or review.

• External Sharing: Generate a shareable link for external use. The link expires automatically after a defined time to ensure controlled access.

• Prompt Input Box: Located in the footer, this text box allows you to enter natural language queries to interact with Supervisor Copilot.

• Generate Widget: Allows you to generate a widget based on the current conversation or insight for further use within the platform.
