Publish to Telegram

Sprinklr integrates with Telegram Channels and Groups, enabling brands to manage both outbound and inbound communication in one place. Channels allow teams to broadcast messages that notify subscribers directly, while Groups provide a space to initiate and moderate conversations. Together, these capabilities help brands maintain consistent engagement and build stronger communities on Telegram.
Publish to Telegram
1. Click the Quick Publish icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and select Create Post.
2. On the Create Post window, select your Telegram account from the Select Accounts drop-down menu.
You can also use Advanced Search to quickly locate a specific account.
3. Under Telegram Channel/Group select the channel for the group.
Note: You can select a single Telegram Channel or Group at a time.
4. Under Message, enter the message content.
5. Select Photo or Video, based on your preference.
You can add the photo or the video from Digital Asset Management (DAM). You can also upload the photo or the video. You can also select multiple media files to send them as a single grouped media message (media album) in Telegram.
Note: Grouped media messages can contain only one media type per group. For example, all files in a group must be photos, videos, audio files, or documents of the same type. Mixed media types within the same group are not supported.
6. Select a campaign from the Campaign drop-down menu to associate your post with.
You can also set your campaign as default by clicking Set as Default.
7. Click Submit for Approval in the bottom right corner. After you submit it, it will go to the admin for approval.
