KakaoTalk Message Delivery Status
Updated
Sprinklr displays the delivery status of KakaoTalk messages in the UI, helping you quickly identify delivery issues and take corrective action. You can also use the Kakao Delivery Status message property in Rules to automate workflows based on delivery outcomes.
Automating with Delivery Status Rules
You can use the Kakao Delivery Status property in both Inbound Rules and Workflow Update Rules to trigger automated actions whenever message status updates are received via webhook.
Examples of automated actions include:
Routing failed messages to an agent for investigation.
Triggering follow‑up actions when a message is successfully delivered.
Notifying administrators when repeated delivery failures occur.
Configuring Delivery Status Rules
To set up a rule in the Rule Engine:
1. Create a new Inbound Rule or Workflow Update Rule.
2. Add a condition.
3. Under Conditions Applies To The properties of the Message, select Kakao Delivery Status.

4. Configure the values to monitor:
Pending
Undeliverable
Delivered
Expired
Rejected
These rules ensure that actions are automatically triggered whenever UM fields are updated as a result of KakaoTalk webhook events.
