WhatsApp Multi-Product Messages (MPM) Template
Updated
The WhatsApp Multi-Product Messages (MPM) templates are marketing templates that allow you to showcase up to 30 products from your ecommerce catalog, organized in up to 10 sections, in a single message. Customers can browse products and sections within the message, view details for each product, add and remove products from their cart, and submit their cart to place an order.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Product Catalog Associated with WABA: The WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) must have an e‑commerce product catalog with inventory associated. The catalog integration ensures that product details such as product thumbnail, prices, and availability are available within the template.
Sync Product Catalogs: You can sync product catalogs created natively in Facebook Business Manager within Sprinklr from the Product Catalogs section. This ensures that the products displayed during Multi‑Product Message (MPM) template creation remain up‑to‑date. For more information, see To Setup Product Catalogs.
Limitations
Customers must be using WhatsApp version 2.22.24 or later to view and interact with MPM templates.
MPM templates cannot be forwarded to other customers once received.
Templates support up to 30 products, organized into a maximum of 10 sections.
Currently, only static templates are supported.
The template category must be set to MARKETING.
