We Care @ Sprinklr

Employee resource groups are essential to any healthy business culture — and at Sprinklr, We Care affinity teams offer a safe environment for teammates to come together and discuss their experiences, interests, and ideas for making Sprinklr an even more inclusive place.

Our vision is to solidify and grow Sprinklr’s safe space for employees of all gender identities and sexual orientations to show up authentically to do their best work — by offering the support, networking, and resources necessary to enhance their feeling of belonging. 

Our purpose is to represent and celebrate the Black community at Sprinklr.

We assist Sprinklr in becoming a best-in-class company by supporting the professional growth and well-being of Black employees — serving as an internal support system while encouraging diversity, allyship, open discussion, and inclusion at all levels.

We're here to create a psychologically safe workplace by normalizing the discussion of mental well-being. We promote care of the mind as a critical part of overall health through psychoeducation, stakeholder enablement, early prevention, and ongoing support.
