The CXUnifier Awards recognize and celebrate the innovative achievements of our customers on our platform and in the customer experience space. These awards are a showcase of the most innovative and impactful customer experiences achieved across 8 categories.
For finalists and winners, the opportunity to elevate both your company and personal brands through your award-winning achievements include:
- Amplification across Sprinklr-owned media platforms, including social channels, blogs, websites and newsletters.
- Showcase in Sprinklr content, including video interviews, the Meet the CXUnifiers blog series, and customer stories.
- Speaking opportunities at Sprinklr-sponsored industry events, webinars, and panels. Networking and community-building with other Sprinklr advocacy groups.
Sprinklr customers around the world are invited to participate in the CXUnifier Awards. Customers may submit nominations directly or may be nominated by a member of their Sprinklr account team. You may submit nominations for as many categories as you’d like. If you are submitting on behalf of a customer, the customer must approve the content of the nomination and must agree to be contacted by Sprinklr.
Click the link associated with the award for which you would like to submit a nomination. Answer the questions in the form that appears, and click “submit.” The nomination deadline is 11:59 PM Pacific Time on September 14, 2026.
Nominations are reviewed by a panel of judges representing a cross-section of the Sprinklr organization.
All nominations submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the CXUnifier Awards panel of judges, who will evaluate submissions based on the overall quality of the responses with a focus on customer experience, business impact, and the achievements laid out in each award category. We’ll recognize all nominees by email — and honor the 2026 award winners at Sprinklr’s CXUnifiers event in San Diego on October 26 - 28, 2026.
