Troubleshooting Citrix Media Offloading Setup Failures

This article provides information on some of the common Citrix Media Offloading setup issues and fixes:
Failed to connect to Citrix HDX Websocket Service
Ensure you are running Sprinklr within a Citrix VDI environment.
Check if your current browser is whitelisted to connect with CtxHdxWebSocketService. Refer to Setup for Enabling Citrix Media Offloading for steps to whitelist browsers.
Verify that the CtxHdxWebSocketService is up and running within VDI from Task Manager > Services.

Failed to start Citrix WebRTC Engine on agent's machine
Verify versioning requirements from Supported Citrix Component Version for Voice Media Offloading.
Check if HdxRtcEngine process is able to run on the client machine. If not, refer to this article for more information.
