The Sprinklr Internship Program is an incredible opportunity for anyone with a budding career in technology. You’ll work as an integral member of industry-leading teams, tackling business challenges for some of the biggest brands in the world — and giving your career an amazing head start.
What you'll do
You’ve heard of “grab the team some lattés” internships. That’s not Sprinklr. As a hands-on contributor, you’ll help drive real business impact from day one. In years past, Sprinklr interns have played vital roles in implementing our digital marketing tech stack, elevating our recruitment brand and messaging, and partnering with key stakeholders to research, develop, and activate new go-to-market strategies that fuel our global sales pipeline. What will you achieve?
What you'll learn
- Our Professional Development sessions are designed to sharpen your strengths and develop skills. These workshops cover topics such as building a professional social media brand and presenting confidently to executives to help you grow and equip you to succeed.
- Our Sprinklr Learning touchpoints provide interns with opportunities to meet with senior leaders and Sprinklrites in a wide range of fields, to gain insights on a variety of topics focused on your continuous learning and development.
- Social Connections and Networking - Interns participate in cohort meetings for one-on-one and group development activities to connect and build relationships with fellow interns and mentors.

Early Careers at Sprinklr
Our Early Career Program is designed to support recent university graduates as they begin their professional journey. Our goal is to accelerate learning and help early career hires build their skills, confidence, and a foundation for long-term growth within the company. Through a comprehensive onboarding experience and development opportunities, we prepare new team members to thrive in their roles, contribute meaningfully from the start, and align with our company’s strategy and goals.
What to expect in the university recruiting process
Step 1: Review — Your resume/CV will be reviewed by the university recruiting team.
Step 2: Technical Assessment — for our engineering and technical roles.
Step 3: Evaluation — If selected for the next steps, there will be a series of interviews with the hiring team members.
Step 4: Offer — If you are selected for the role, the recruiter will work with you on the details regarding your offer.

Comprehensive Onboarding Experience
We understand that a strong foundation is essential for success in a corporate career.
As a new graduate hire, you'll be guided through a comprehensive onboarding experience including orientation into Sprinklr's culture, product sessions, and engagement activities.
You'll also have opportunities to hear from senior leaders and a diverse group of presenters, who share valuable insights and guidance to support your transition into the organization.

Early Career Sessions
Our Early Career sessions are thoughtfully designed to empower and inspire new professionals as they transition from an academic setting to a professional work environment.
Through a series of hands-on workshops and engaging activities, you’ll develop essential, career-launching skills. From mastering the art of clear and impactful communication - including professional email etiquette - to sharpening your time management strategies, you'll gain tools to thrive in any workplace. Learn to collaborate seamlessly in diverse teams, deliver confident and compelling presentations, build foundational financial literacy, and more. These immersive sessions are transformative, equipping you with the confidence, competence, and connections to succeed in your professional journey.

Investment in you
Sprinklr's Internship Programs range from 8 - 24 weeks long and are fully paid.
Interns will meet with executives to learn more about Sprinklr, the culture, and gain key insights on how to make the most out of their internship. At the end of the program interns present a summary of their project(s) to their manager, senior leader, and executive.
Our goal is to foster a pipeline of talent from intern to full-time. The Early Talent Hiring Team works directly with interns and their managers to find a full-time opportunity within Sprinklr.
