You can now refresh Zendesk ticket fields directly while creating or editing workflows, eliminating the need to reinstall the connector when new fields are added. This enhancement ensures you always have access to the latest Zendesk fields when configuring workflows.

Introducing Reddit Channel Support for Social DM Distributions

We’ve introduced Reddit as a new channel within Social DM distributions, enabling you to trigger post-support feedback workflows directly through the Rule Engine for more timely and contextual engagement. With this addition, you can seamlessly configure Reddit-based outreach as part of your distribution strategy. To support this, a new creative type is now available in the creative library, allowing you to design and reuse tailored survey invitation messages when setting up Reddit distributions, ensuring consistency and efficiency across your outreach.
