TikTok Discovery Beta helps you monitor trends and content relevant to your brand or industry, allowing you to track trending hashtags, analyze popular audio tracks, and explore top-performing videos. TikTok Discovery provides insights into trending hashtags, tracks, creators, and keywords from the Commercial Music Library, offering valuable metrics to support campaign planning and ad optimization.
With TikTok Discovery, you can unlock powerful insights to enhance your social strategy. Access real-time insights to stay updated on trending content and refine your marketing approach. Optimize your content strategy by leveraging trending hashtags, audio tracks, and creators to drive higher engagement. Additionally, understand your audience more deeply by identifying the key demographics and regions that are fueling specific trends.
Business Use Cases
Using TikTok Discovery, you can explore a range of insights. Let us have a look at them:
Top 200 Hashtags: Discover the 200 most trending hashtags, complete with detailed insights, including regional and category-level breakdowns to guide your campaign targeting.
Top 100 Audio Tracks: Analyze the top 100 trending audio tracks with usage statistics and genre insights.
Top 50 Creators: Identify the top 50 TikTok creators, review their engagement metrics, and filter by region or category.
Top 20 Keywords: Track the top 20 trending TikTok search keywords to uncover emerging interests, content themes.
Prerequisites
You are required to incorporate both a TikTok Business account and a TikTok Ads account into your Sprinklr environment. Access to TikTok Discovery is necessary. Additionally, you must authenticate your TikTok Business account.
You can now add a TikTok Ads account without needing access to the Ads module.

Furthermore, for TikTok Creators:
For each TikTok Business Account you have authenticated in Sprinklr, you must first navigate to App Settings in TikTok and choose the permissions for ‘TikTok Creator Marketplace’ and ‘TikTok Creator’ (refer to the attached screenshots for guidance). After completing this step, re-add all your TikTok Business Accounts in Sprinklr. While doing so, ensure that you include the discovery scope, which will be displayed in the native interface.

Dashboard Layout
The Dashboard is divided into 4 different sections. Let us have a look at each one of them:
Hashtag: You can access the 200 most popular trending hashtags. Obtain insights using filters based on region, category, and time.
Tracks: You can explore the top 100 trending audio tracks. Uncover trends in the commercial music library by region, category, and time frame.
Creators: You can analyze the top 50 trending creators using filters such as region, gender and follower count.
Keywords: You can discover the top 20 trending TikTok search terms and leverage AI recommendations for keywords relevant to your brand, product, or service.

Navigating through TikTok Discovery Dashboard
Let us have a look at the navigation steps:
Go to + New Page and navigate to Sprinklr Insights and go to TikTok Discovery (under Explorer).

Once you access the dashboard, it is divided into 4 sections, each redirecting to separate standard dashboards. You can click on each view to navigate to the respective use cases.

Deepdive into Dashboard Sections
Let us deepdive into these sections:
Hashtags Section
This section includes hashtags organized by region, time frame, and category or sub-category.
Navigate to the Hashtags section.
Apply the following filters for the Hashtags for more details:
Country: You have the option to select 200 trending hashtags from different countries
Date Range: You have the option to select 200 trending hashtags for the last:
1 day
7 days
30 days
120 days
Category: You have the option to select 200 trending hashtags from 15+ predefined categories.
Sub-Category: You have the option to select 200 trending hashtags from predefined subcategories depending on the selected category.

The following metric gets tracked in the dashboard:

Hashtag Name: Refers to the name of the hashtag.
Hashtag Rank: Defines the rank of the hashtag.
Views (selected date range): Defines the number of views for the hashtag in the selected duration.
Views (lifetime): Defines the number of views in the entire lifetime.
Posts (selected date range): Defines the number of times the hashtag was used in post in a selected duration.
Posts (lifetime): Defines the number of times the hashtag was used in the entire lifetime.
Note: There is no engagement metrics related to the video.
Click Open Hashtag Details against each Hashtag name to access the Dashboards. The TikTok Hashtags section offers two perspectives: By clicking on each hashtag, you can access the following information:

Country Map: Discover the top five global locations where this hashtag is most popular.
Trend Chart: Represents the rank position of the hashtag among hashtags across all categories or industries in the selected country on the date.
Audience Analysis: Gain insights into the age demographics of viewers engaging with the hashtag.

You can click on the view thumbnail to see the details about the post, such as Video Preview and Hashtags.

Tracks
Trending Tracks Section
This section includes Audio Tracks based on region, time period, and genre.
Let us have a look at the navigation steps:

Go to Tracks section.
You can apply the following filters:
Date Range: You have the option to select 100 trending audio tracks for the last:
1 day
7 days
30 days
120 days
Genre: You have the option to select 100 trending audio tracks from 20+ predefined genres.
Country Code: You have the option to select 100 trending audio tracks from different countries.
Following Metrics are included in the section:
Track Name: Indicates the title of the track.
Duration: Refers to the duration of the track.
Artist: Refers to the name of the artist.
Track Genres: Refers to the trending audio tracks genre.
On clicking each track, you can view the following information:
Historical Ranking Data: View the historical ranking data for the track to analyse its performance over time.
When you click a track name, detailed track insights and the top trending videos using that track are displayed.

Top Trending Videos: Explore the top 20 trending videos associated with the selected track. You can click on the view thumbnail to see the details about the post like Video Preview and Hashtags.

Creators Section
Discovering the right TikTok creators for your brand campaigns is now easier and more powerful with Sprinklr’s integration of the TikTok Creator Marketplace API. This new capability allows you to search, filter, and explore creators directly within Sprinklr, unlocking rich insights and discovery options tailored to your audience and campaign goals. Whether you're looking for influencers in specific categories like fashion or beauty, engagement, demographics, this feature gives you the tools to find the perfect match. You can view detailed creator profiles, including follower count, video content, and engagement metrics, and make informed decisions that elevate your influencer strategy. Let us understand the key scenarios:
Discover TikTok Creators with precision: Use advanced filters such as gender, location, industry, and follower count to find creators that align with your campaign objectives, enabling precise, audience-matched influencer selection.

You need to have an authenticated TikTok business account. Let us have a look at the steps:
Go to Creators section.

You can apply the following filters:
Regional Category: You can select a regional category from the available options:
Europe
The United States
Other countries or regions.
Country: You have the option to select the top 50 creators based on the defined regional country.
Note: This field only populates once the regional country is selected.
Keyword Search: You have the option to search based on any keyword from the list.
Engagement Rate: You have the option to select based on the engagement rate (value should be between 0-100).
Followers: You have the option to filter the top 50 creators based on the follower count.
Sort Field: You have the option to sort the list based on the following parameters:
Relevance
Engagement Rate
Followers
Median views
Following Metrics are included in the section:

Account Name: Refers to the name of the account.
Creator Name: Refers to the person who has created it.
Followers: Refers to the followers count.
Following: Refers to the following count.
Likes: Indicates the number of likes.
Videos: Indicates the total number of videos.
In the Dashboard View, you can view the list of creators based on the filter selection.

Note:
The API provides temporary profile image URLs; URL expiration needs to be handled on your own.
Saving or exporting creator lists is not interactive.
Trending Search Keywords and AI-Powered Keyword Recommendations
TikTok Discovery is now enabled with trending and AI-powered recommended TikTok search keywords that help enhance user access to valuable TikTok search insights across modules. This update enables Sprinklr to provide the view of the top 20 trending TikTok search keywords by default, representing generic search keywords trending across the platform. Access to AI-powered keyword recommendations is tailored to your brand, products, or services.
To retrieve the TikTok keyword for discovery, you need to re-add the account. Let us have a look at the navigation steps:
Go to Keywords section.

Select a keyword in the AI Keyword Recommendations and click Apply.

You can apply filters by selecting Is Personalized filter as True and click Apply. You can leverage AI recommendations for keywords to get recommendations related to your brand, product, or service.

In the Dashboard View you can discover trending TikTok search terms and leverage AI recommendations for keywords.

Key points to note
There is no engagement metrics related to the keywords.
There is no option to integrate with topics.
