TikTok Discovery Beta helps you monitor trends and content relevant to your brand or industry, allowing you to track trending hashtags, analyse popular audio tracks and explore top-performing videos. TikTok Discovery provides insights into trending hashtags, tracks, creators, and keywords from the Commercial Music Library, offering valuable metrics to support campaign planning and ad optimisation.
Prerequisites
You are required to incorporate both a TikTok Business account and a TikTok Ads account into your Sprinklr environment. Access to Conversations, Explorer Settings, and TikTok Discovery is necessary. Additionally, you must authenticate your TikTok business account.
Note: You must have appropriate permissions to access TikTok Discovery.
Dashboard Layout
There are 4 types of dashboard sections that you can access:
Hashtag
Tracks
Creators
Keywords
Let us have a look at each one of them in detail:
TikTok Hashtags and Tracks
Key Scenarios
Real-Time Insights: Keep up with trending content to continuously refine and adapt your marketing strategy.
Content Strategy Optimization: Harness trending hashtags and audio tracks to drive greater engagement.
Audience Analysis: Gain a deeper understanding of the demographics and regions connecting with particular trends.
Video Previews: Watch the top 20 trending videos for each hashtag and track directly on the platform.
Popular Tracks: Browse the 100 most popular audio tracks and see their usage in videos.
Let us have a look at the navigation steps:
Go to + New Page> Sprinklr Insights > TikTok Discovery (under Explorer).
Select Trending Hashtags or Popular Tracks.
Apply Filters for the Hashtags.
Country.
Date Range.
Industry Category.
Industry Sub-Category.
Alternatively, you can select filters for Tracks that are Country, Date Range and Genre.
Click Open Hashtag Details against each Hashtag name to access the Dashboards.
Note: You can now add a TikTok Ads account without needing access to the Ads module.
Trending Hashtag Section
On clicking each hashtag, you can view the following information:
Top Locations: Discover the top five global locations where this hashtag is most popular.
Historical Ranking Data: Access historical ranking data for the hashtag to track its performance over time.
Audience Analysis: Gain insights into the age demographics of viewers engaging with the hashtag.
Manage Trending Hashtag Report
Following metric gets tracked in the dashboard:
Hashtag Name: Refers to the name of the hashtag.
Hashtag Rank: Defines the rank of the hashtag.
Views (selected date range): Defines the number of views for the hashtag in the selected duration.
Views (lifetime): Defines the number of views in the entire lifetime.
Posts (selected date range): Defines the number of times the hashtag was used in post in a selected duration.
Posts (lifetime): Defines the number of times the hashtag was used in the entire lifetime.
Trending Tracks Sections
On clicking each hashtag, you can view the following information:
Historical Ranking Data: View the historical ranking data for the track to analyse its performance over time.
Top Trending Videos: Explore the top 20 trending videos associated with the selected track.
Manage Trending Tracks Section
Following metric gets tracked in the dashboard:
Track Name: Refers to the track name.
Track Rank: Refers to the track rank.
Duration: Refers to the duration of the track.
Artist: Refers to the artist's name.
Track Genres: Refers to the genre of the track.
Trending Search Keywords and AI-Powered Keyword Recommendations
TikTok Discovery is now enabled with Trending and AI-Powered Recommended TikTok search keywords, that helps to enhance user access to valuable TikTok search insights across modules. This update enables Sprinklr to provide real-time search-intent data from TikTok, offering you a more intuitive and actionable experience.
Trending Search Keywords: Track what’s gaining traction on TikTok in real time. This can help us inform content strategy, listening, and benchmarking modules. This can help us inform content strategy, listening, and benchmarking modules. Trending search keywords would be generic keywords trending on TikTok. Basically trending cards are auto-fetched which means these would be generic and industry agnostic.
AI Powdered Keyword Recommendations: TikTok now provides keyword suggestions powered by AI, which are useful for refining content creation and improving performance. Recommended keywords are generated based on inputs such as product, brand, or service, and are displayed as recommended cards. These cards are created using user-provided inputs, helping tailor suggestions to your specific context.

Track Trending Keywords: View the top 20 trending TikTok search keywords to align your content with real-time audience interests.
Get Smart Keyword Suggestions: Receive AI-powered keyword recommendations based on topics, brand names, or products to boost content relevance and reach.
Stay Informed on Account Status: Get alerts if your TikTok account is unauthenticated or missing permissions, ensuring continuous access and data flow.
Note: To obtain the TikTok keyword for discovery, the you must re-add the account.
Setting Up Keywords
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and go to TikTok Discovery(under Explorer within Listen).
Go to Keywords section.
Select a keyword in the AI Keyword Recommendations and click Apply.
In Is Personalized filter select True and click Apply.
TikTok Creators

Discovering the right TikTok creators for your brand campaigns is now easier and more powerful with Sprinklr’s integration of the TikTok Creator Marketplace API. This new capability allows you to search, filter, and explore creators directly within Sprinklr, unlocking rich insights and discovery options tailored to your audience and campaign goals. Whether you're looking for influencers in specific categories like fashion or beauty, or need to filter by price, engagement, demographics, or content interests, this feature gives you the tools to find the perfect match. You can view detailed creator profiles, including follower count, video content, and engagement metrics, and make informed decisions that elevate your influencer strategy.
Key Use Cases
Discover TikTok creators with precision: Use advanced filters such as gender, location, industry, and follower count to find creators that align with your campaign objectives, enabling precise, audience-matched influencer selection.
Move from monitoring to active discovery: For the first time on TikTok, Sprinklr allows brands to proactively search and identify influencers directly within the platform, eliminating the need for manual tracking or third-party tools.
Activate and manage influencer collaborations: Once creators are selected, teams can seamlessly activate them in campaigns, manage communications, track content delivery, and measure performance, all within Sprinklr’s unified influencer management workspace.
Note: You must have an authenticated TikTok account.
Setting Up Creators
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and go to TikTok Discovery (under Explorer within Listen).
Go to Creators section.
Apply filters listed below:
Regional Category: You can select a regional category from the available options: Europe, the United States, or other countries and regions.
Country: Select the country from the filter.
Keyword Search: You could search from a creator using keyword search.
Engagement Rate: You can use this filter to search for the creators that have a certain engagement range using options like greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, or between.
Followers: You can use this filter to search for followers by entering a value and choosing a range using options like greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, or between.
Sort Field: You can sort the results by relevance, engagement rate, follower count, or median views.
Manage Keywords
Account Name: Refers to the name of the account.
Creator Name: Refers to the person who has created it.
Followers: Refers to the followers count.
Following: Refers to the following count.
Likes: Indicates the number of likes.
Videos: Indicates the total number of videos.
Key points to note
The API provides temporary profile image URLs; URL expiration needs to be handled on your own.
Saving or exporting creator lists is not interactive.
