Sprinklr Marketing: 26.7 Release Notes

Updated

Sprinklr Marketing unifies and enhances marketing efforts across channels. It centralizes content creation, campaign management, and performance analytics for both organic and paid campaigns. This release introduces new capabilities designed to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Marketing

The following features are introduced to the Marketing module for improved experience and efficiency:

Request Summarizer

Sprinklr now introduces the Request Summarizer, a high-impact AI capability designed to help teams quickly understand and act on incoming requests without manually navigating multiple tabs.

Currently, users must review multiple sections within the Request Third Pane to gather context, track updates, and identify ownership. This leads to repetitive effort, slower decision-making, and inefficiencies in request management. The Request Summarizer addresses this by generating a structured, end-to-end summary of a request with a single click, significantly reducing the time required to review and process requests.

With this enhancement, you can click Generate to instantly view a consolidated summary that includes key request details, collaboration activity, and task progress. The summarizer also surfaces similar requests, helping teams identify duplicates, reuse context from past requests, and streamline follow-up actions. This feature aims to enhance productivity, reduces operational overhead, and enables teams to scale request management efficiently while maintaining clarity and consistency across workflows.

Suggesting Mode Enhancements for Briefs

Sprinklr has enhanced Suggesting Mode for Campaign, Sub-campaign, and Message briefs with a dedicated right-side suggestions panel that consolidates all suggestions and comments in one place. The Suggesting Mode now includes improved visual highlighting, where suggested edits appear in green and highlight the updated word or phrase for better clarity.

Key enhancements include:

  • The View Suggestions button opens the right-side panel, where users can view all suggestions and comments in one place.

  • Selecting highlighted content maps to the corresponding suggestion in the panel when it is open, improving contextual navigation.

  • The panel enables users to accept or reject suggestions, add comments, and collaborate using @mentions (based on access permissions). The system retains approved and rejected suggestions with clear status indicators instead of removing them.

  • Users can filter and sort suggestions and view the count of open suggestions directly on the View Suggestions button.

Request Management

Prevent post-submission edits on Request Forms

You can now prevent external users from editing their responses after submitting a request form. The Disable Post Submission Edits toggle is available on the form creation and edit screen, helping ensure data integrity and reduce inconsistencies in compliance-driven workflows.

With this update:

  • When enabled, the Update Now option is removed from submitted forms, preventing external users from modifying responses.

  • When disabled (default), users can continue to edit their responses after submission.

  • Only platform users with Edit permissions can modify submitted requests.

Customizable post-submission messages

You can now customize the message displayed after a request form is submitted using a rich text editor. This helps deliver clearer, more structured communication to external users after submission.

With this update:

  • You can format messages using bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, links, and H1/H2 headings.

  • Display the configured message to external users after form submission.

Conditional visibility in Request Review Experience

Request Forms now extend conditional visibility rules to the Third Pane and email notifications after submission. Sections and fields hidden during form filling remain hidden, ensuring reviewers see only relevant information and can review requests efficiently.

Previously, hidden sections and fields appeared after submission, adding unnecessary information. This update ensures reviewers see only relevant content, making it easier to understand the request and focus on actionable details.

Calendar

Enhancements to External Calendar Views

Sprinklr has updated External Calendar Week and Day views to align with the latest platform UI, ensuring a consistent experience for external stakeholders. This update enables users and external stakeholders to interact with shared calendars using the same interface as the platform.

Users can now also preview message content and associated media directly from external calendar cards across Month, Week, and Day views, improving visibility without requiring access to full posts.

Save Time Axis Configuration on Calendar

Sprinklr now enhances the calendar viewing experience by enabling you to save and persist Time Axis configuration, ensuring a consistent view aligned with your working preferences. Previously, the Show Time Axis setting would reset, on actions such as calendar reloads, board switches, or new sessions, requiring users to repeatedly reconfigure their view.

Increased Post Card Properties

Sprinklr now enhances the Post Card experience by allowing you to display up to 5 properties, improving visibility into key post metadata directly from the calendar or board view. You can now select and display up to 5 Post Card properties, increasing the amount of visible information without additional clicks.

Deprecation of Project Manager Inbox

Sprinklr is deprecating the Project Manager (PM) Inbox to create a more streamlined and unified notification experience. Going forward, all notifications will be consolidated into the bell icon notification center, eliminating the need for a separate PM-specific inbox.

This enhancement simplifies how you track updates by removing duplicate notification systems and centralizing all alerts in one place. By consolidating notifications, Sprinklr reduces fragmentation, improves consistency across workflows, and enables faster product enhancements, resulting in a more efficient and intuitive user experience.

Marketing Emails: Automatic Image Rendering

Marketing emails sent through Sprinklr now automatically display images when recipients open the email, eliminating the need to manually download or enable images. This enhancement ensures that campaigns are delivered and viewed as intended, preserving visual consistency, brand impact, and the overall email experience across inboxes.

Email Newsletter Read Rate Metric

Sprinklr now introduces the Read Rate metric for email newsletters, providing a more meaningful measure of engagement beyond traditional open tracking. This enhancement helps marketers better understand recipients interacting with email content, rather than relying solely on whether an email was opened.

Reply CTA for External Task Collaboration

Sprinklr now enhances task collaboration by introducing a Reply call-to-action (CTA) in external task-related emails, enabling seamless communication between in-platform users and external stakeholders.

This enhancement enables bi-directional collaboration across email and platform workflows, making it easier for teams to stay aligned regardless of where they interact.

Project Field Autofill on Campaigns

Sprinklr has improved the campaign setup efficiency by enabling automatic population of the Project field through Campaign Rules. With this enhancement, you can configure Campaign Rules, Campaign Autofill Rules, and Campaign Update Rules to automatically manage the Project field.

Sprinklr now exposes the Project field as a standard action, allowing you to set, unset, or set the value only if it is absent. You can also select from existing project values via a dropdown, making it easier to maintain consistent campaign classification across teams and workflows.

This update reduces manual effort, improves consistency in project assignment, and helps teams enforce standardized naming and categorization practices through automation.

Advertising

The following features are introduced to the Advertising module for improved experience and efficiency:

TikTok: Support for New Objectives in Upgraded Smart+ Campaigns

Sprinklr now supports Community Interactions, Reach, Traffic, and Video Views objectives for Upgraded Smart+ Campaigns, enabling you to run more diverse, outcome-driven campaigns while leveragingTikTok’s latest automation capabilities.

This update expands Smart+ capabilities in Sprinklr, enabling advertisers to optimize campaigns across the full marketing funnel, while leveraging TikTok’s AI-driven delivery and optimization framework.

CreatorIQ Post Boosting for Influencer Ads

Sprinklr now enables brands to boost CreatorIQ-sourced creator posts on Instagram and TikTok directly from the existing boost workflow, making it easier to amplify high-performing creator content without switching between multiple platforms.

With this enhancement, teams can move easily from creator content discovery to paid promotion within Sprinklr. When you identify a high-performing creator post, you can initiate boosting directly from the same workflow used for owned organic content, streamlining influencer marketing and paid media execution.

Key enhancements include:

  • Boost CreatorIQ-sourced Instagram and TikTok posts directly from Sprinklr.
  • View creator authorization status before launching a boost.
  • Send and track required creator access requests directly within the boost workflow.
  • Preserve the creator identity when promoting creator content as ads.
  • Support Meta Partnership Ads permissions for Instagram and Spark Ads authorization for TikTok.
  • Reduce reliance on native platform workflows for creator content amplification.
  • Keep content discovery, engagement, authorization, and paid promotion within a single platform.

This update simplifies creator-led advertising, improves visibility into approval workflows, reduces operational handoffs, and enables influencer, social, and paid media teams to activate high-performing creator content faster.

Meta: Frequency Control Validation

Sprinklr now validates Frequency Control settings for Meta ads to prevent unsupported configurations and reduce API errors. With this enhancement:

  • Sprinklr displays Frequency Value and Frequency Days only when you select from the supported optimization goals:

    • Reach

    • ThruPlay (Video Views)

  • Sprinklr restricts Frequency Control for unsupported goals to prevent invalid configurations.

Meta: New Advantage Creative Enhancements

Sprinklr now supports four new Meta Advantage+ Creative enhancements, enabling advertisers to leverage AI-driven optimizations and stay aligned with Meta capabilities. These enhancements include:

  • Translate Text - Meta will automatically translate your ad to different languages on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Create Sticker CTA - Meta will add AI-generated stickers to help tell your story better and make your call-to-actions easier to understand.

  • Reveal details over time - Meta will reveal information from your website or app store product page when people spend a few seconds looking at your ad. This can help people feel more confident before they click your call-to-action.

  • Flexible Media - Meta will display the media you chose for a specific aspect ratio across all placements when it's likely to improve performance.

Meta: Website Destination Optimization

Sprinklr now supports Website Destination Optimization for Meta Sales (Website) ad campaigns within the creative creation workflow, enabling more relevant and personalized landing experiences.

Enabling this option will allow Meta’s AI to dynamically select the most relevant landing page (such as homepage, product page, or collection page) for each user, replacing the need to rely on a single static landing page for all users.

This update addresses the limitations of the previous one-size-fits-all approach and enables advertisers to maximize conversions by directing users to the most appropriate destination.

Meta: Enhanced Video Selection for Custom Audiences

Sprinklr now enhances the video selection experience for Video Engagement Custom Audiences, making it easier to identify and select the most relevant videos. The updated experience introduces a full-screen, filter-driven workflow that allows you to discover and refine video options using rich metadata such as upload date, engagement metrics, and usage history.

By improving visibility and reducing the effort required to locate the right assets, this enhancement streamlines audience creation and aligns the Sprinklr workflow more closely with Meta Ads Manager.

Meta: Improved Visibility for Unsupported Meta Ads Manager Fields

Sprinklr has improved transparency for Meta Ads configuration by displaying all Meta-supported fields within the Sprinklr UI, including those that are not currently supported (Only conversion Locations / adsetrelated fields).

With this enhancement:

  • Sprinklr now shows Meta-supported Conversion location / adset related fields directly in the UI, including those not currently supported.

  • Unsupported fields appear as greyed-out (disabled) options, clearly indicating unavailable configurations.

  • You can now request missing features directly from the UI.

This update improves visibility into feature gaps during campaign setup, reduces confusion caused by previously hidden fields, and improves alignment with Meta Ads Manager.

Nextdoor: Clickthrough URL Removal and Post-Click Action Support

Sprinklr now updates its Nextdoor integration to align with the latest Ads API changes by replacing the Clickthrough URL field with Post-Click Action support across creative workflows.
 With this enhancement:

  • This update ensures compatibility with Nextdoor Ads API v3, prevents publishing and ingestion failures, and enables a more flexible and future-ready approach to defining post-click user journeys.

  • Sprinklr applies this change across creative creation, editing, and retrieval workflows, ensuring consistent behavior across parent creatives and carousel cards.

  • Existing Website Visit workflows remain supported through mapping to the new Post-Click Action structure.

  • Included a new CTA : Call now as per parity with Nextdoor.

LinkedIn: Support of new optimization goal

Sprinklr now supports Qualified Leads as an optimization goal for LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns.

With this enhancement, you can optimize campaigns for lead quality, not just lead volume by leveraging -

  • Qualified lead signals from Conversions API

  • CRM-based qualified lead data shared through Business Manager

This update keeps Sprinklr aligned with native capabilities and enables more outcome-driven campaign optimization aligned with downstream conversion quality.

LinkedIn: Archive Lead Forms

Sprinklr now allows you to archive and reactivate LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms directly within the platform. Archiving a lead form prevents its use in new campaigns while preserving the form and its associated lead data for future reference.

You can reactivate archived forms at any time, giving you greater flexibility in managing your lead forms. This enhancement aligns Sprinklr with LinkedIn’s native capabilities and streamlines lead form management.

LinkedIn: Support for Event and Video Watch Time Metrics

Sprinklr is introducing new metrics to analyze and report on Event watch time and Video watch time. These new metrics will help you better understand audience quality and downstream engagement beyond basic view counts, making it easier to evaluate which events and audiences are driving meaningful attention.

LinkedIn: Support for Predictive Audiences

Sprinklr now supports Predictive Audiences, enabling you to create, configure, and manage predictive audience segments directly within Ads Manager and Audience Manager

With this enhancement, you can leverage LinkedIn’s predictive modeling to build audiences of users who are more likely to take specific actions, such as submitting a lead. This update enables more precise targeting, improves campaign effectiveness, and aligns Sprinklr with LinkedIn’s advanced audience capabilities.

X: Campaign Budget Optimization Deprecation

X has deprecated Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) with the migration of its ad stack. To align with this update, Sprinklr has introduced the following changes:

  • Sprinklr has removed the CBO toggle from the campaign budget configuration step for all new campaigns.

  • Existing campaigns with CBO enabled will continue to run without disruption.

  • Sprinklr has restricted cloning and quick cloning for ad sets where CBO is enabled.

These updates ensure continued platform compatibility while maintaining stability for existing campaigns.

Ads Split Testing Permission Control

Sprinklr now offers dedicated View and Edit permissions for Split Testing, giving you more precise control over user access. Previously, Split Testing permissions were included within Ads Settings, requiring broader access than necessary.

With this enhancement:

  • Split Testing permissions now work independently of Ads Settings.

  • Users can access Split Testing without needing full Ads Settings permissions, improving compliance with privacy and security policies.

This update enables administrators to manage access more effectively while maintaining flexibility for campaign experimentation.

Ads QA Checklist: New Checks

We have added new checks to the Automated QA Checklist to support complete campaign validation. As part of this update, Sprinklr has made the following enhancements:

  • Sprinklr now supports View Tag URL and Click Tag URL checks at the Ad Variant level for TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat.

  • For Meta, Sprinklr now exposes Advantage+ Creative as a standalone check at the Ad Variant level to check if creative enhancement is enabled or not.

  • Support for second-level checks in date conditions at the Ad Set level, allowing you to select the specific second for Start Time and End Time conditions across all channels.

  • The Is CHE check for Snapchat at the Paid Initiative level now supports Awareness & Engagement, App Promotion, Sales, Leads and Traffic objectives.

Boost Analytics: Standard Dashboards & Widget Library

Sprinklr now enhances Boost Analytics by introducing pre-built standard dashboards , enabling faster setup and more consistent reporting for boosted content performance.

Key enhancements include:

  • Boost Analytics Standard Dashboards: Access pre-built dashboards with fixed layouts and widgets, providing a consistent, ready-to-use view of key boost analytics metrics without manual configuration.

This update reduces manual effort and allows teams to quickly set up reporting while maintaining consistency across workflows.

New Date Dimension for Accurate Attribution in Unified Performance Analytics

Sprinklr now introduces a new Date dimension in Unified Performance Analytics (UPA) to improve accuracy and enable better troubleshooting of paid performance data.

Previously, users could observe a 1-day attribution shift between Paid and UPA metrics, making it difficult to reconcile data and investigate discrepancies. With this enhancement, Sprinklr aligns the Date dimension one-to-one with UPA, ensuring consistent attribution across reporting views.
