Platform Governance

The following feature is introduced in Platform Governance module:

Enhanced Privacy Controls for User Information in Governance

To help organizations strengthen privacy controls and reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive user information, Governance pages now mask user details by default. Authorized users can view user information only when required, ensuring that access to personally identifiable information (PII) is intentional, auditable, and aligned with privacy best practices.

What's New

Sprinklr has introduced Click-to-View (CTV) controls across User Management experiences, allowing authorized users to view masked user information when necessary.

The enhancement is now available on the following UI screens:

• Users
• User Groups
• Workspace Roles
• Global Roles

Permission-Based Access

Access to user information is controlled through the following permissions.

• Users with View permission will be able to view user information and continue to see unmasked data where permitted. For example, an administrator with user data viewing permissions can see usernames and email addresses. 
• Users who do not have View permission can use Click-to-View permission to temporarily view masked user information when required. For example, a supervisor without View permissions will see masked information by default and must use Click-to-View (CTV) to view the data for the current session.

Key Enhancements

• User information, including first name, last name, and email addresses, are now masked by default across supported Governance pages.
• Users with Click-to-View permission can use Click-to-View button to view masked user information for the current session. 
• Once enabled, the visibility state persists during the active session and extends across supported Governance experiences, including Users, User Groups, Workspace Roles, and Global Roles.
• Access to masked information is logged, helping administrators maintain visibility into who accessed user information, when the access occurred, and where the information was viewed. 
• User information is automatically masked again after a browser refresh, session timeout, or sign-out.

• Supports zero-trust security practices by ensuring sensitive data is not visible by default.

• Reduces the risk of unnecessary exposure of personally identifiable information.

Feature Updates

AI+ Studio

The following features are released under the AI+ Studio module:

External Provider Fallback Mechanism in AI+ Studio

You can now configure fallback models and providers for your deployments in AI+ Studio. If a primary model fails, the system automatically switches to an alternative based on priority.

Fallback mechanisms ensure continuity when a service is unavailable. They help maintain reliability across different providers. This update helps you avoid disruptions caused by outages or limits. It improves system reliability and ensures consistent performance.

View Model Reference and Bulk Update Provider and Model for Custom Deployments

You can now view and manage model reference across deployments from the three dot menu by selecting ‘View Model Reference.’ This opens a dedicated pane where you can see which use cases, deployments, and prompt nodes are using a specific provider and model.

Reference view shows how different parts of your setup are connected to a model. It presents this information in a structured format so you can easily search and navigate across entities.

This update helps you quickly understand model dependencies and update them in bulk. It reduces manual effort and ensures consistency when switching providers or models.

Introducing Input Evaluation Support under Protected Material Guardrail 

We have enhanced the Protected Material Guardrail to evaluate both input prompts and AI-generated responses, providing broader protection against the use of copyrighted or otherwise protected content throughout the AI interaction lifecycle.

By applying protected material checks to both incoming and outgoing content, you can:

• Strengthen compliance with intellectual property and copyright requirements.

• Reduce the risk of protected content being submitted to or generated by AI workflows.

• Improve governance and content safety across AI-powered experiences.

• Gain more comprehensive coverage with a single guardrail configuration.

Introducing View Activity History under Feature Access Management

You can now view the change history for any feature directly from Feature Access Management record manager.

What's New

• Added a View Activity option to the three-dot menu for all features.

• Selecting View Activity opens a third pane displaying the feature's activity history.

• The activity pane provides a chronological list of past changes made to the feature.

Benefits

• Track feature updates and modifications more easily.

• Improve visibility into feature changes and audit history.

• Access activity details without leaving the current view.
